The goal of the project is to comprehensively assess the actual level of the organisational culture in the City Hall units of Warsaw. This includes:
- the processes of supporting and implementing innovations
- managing information regarding innovations in the public administration system of the Capital City of Warsaw
- developing implementation recommendations for its development in the context of contemporary socio-technological challenges
Using available research in the field of innovation management and case studies from Poland and abroad (eg. Brussels, Amsterdam and more), our task is to develop a universal model of innovation culture that is adapted to the premises, objectives and operating principles of local governments. Additionally, the contractor’s experts will prepare a list of recommendations aimed at launching a cyclical measurement of innovativeness in the City Hall.
