Fast Track is a programme that Polish entrepreneurs perceive as difficult. To understand what this type of support is about, an entrepreneur had to get acquainted with several hundred pages of documentation written in an administrative language.
The challenge of the project was to change the difficult application documentation into a set of simple and intuitive documents positively perceived by entrepreneurs.
Within the framework of re-designing documentation, we conducted qualitative and quantitative research of the application documents and project workshops with NCRD employees. We finished the project with a series of tests with entrepreneurs, which allowed us to improve the project documents. The final version of the documentation was easier to understand, it was easier to find information in it and fewer mistakes were made.
As part of the redesign, the team cooperated with linguist dr Tomasz Piekot and the Logios team.
