Our EGO team developed a model for the functioning and financing of the Pomeranian Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (PCoEI) and the guidelines for the Pomeranian Fund for Innovative Solutions. As part of the project, the objectives of the PCoEI were described, as well as 15 key services such as trend monitoring, innovation brokering, the facilitating of cooperation with science, financing and promotion of innovation, support for cluster activities and raising the innovative competencies of Pomeranian entrepreneurs.
